About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, expert-level vision concepts that shape the future of Adobe's content marketplace.

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will work closely with senior-level leadership to develop and drive long-term vision and strategies, including identifying and considering uncharted business opportunities. You will also facilitate design sprints with product and engineering partners and designers from across Creative Cloud.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a related degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience, as well as expertise in Adobe tools like Illustrator and Photoshop. You will also need to have experience mentoring and encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers.

As a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of digital experiences. You will be part of a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,600 -- $297,700 annually.
