Job Summary

Our client, a digital marketing and web design development organization, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of their business operations. This includes sales, business development, process improvement, strategic planning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee project management processes and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster professional development and growth.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service.

Requirements
