Job Title: Wells Fargo Branch Operations Coordinator

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Coordinator to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in supporting customer experience and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make introductions to bankers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Activities: Complete tasks efficiently, minimizing risks under established policies, and perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.
  • Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager in operational tasks and scheduling, and resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers and employees, demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
