Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough mold inspections and evaluations to determine the severity of mold-related issues.
  • Create and execute comprehensive mold remediation strategies that comply with industry regulations.
  • Utilize specialized tools and methods to safely eliminate mold and dispose of affected materials.
  • Establish and maintain containment measures and negative air pressure to avoid cross-contamination during the remediation process.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Conduct final assessments to confirm successful mold remediation and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in environmental science or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in mold remediation or a similar field is necessary.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as required.

Compensation: $26,000 to $44,000 annually
