Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with administrative personnel to effectively communicate and schedule appointments based on incoming warm leads.
- Evaluate and assess client properties and trees to propose and estimate potential Plant Health Care (PHC) treatments, identify hazards, and recommend necessary pruning or removals.
- Conduct Arborist Consultation services, including health assessments, risk evaluations, Tree Inventories, and Tree Protection Plans.
- Maintain accountability for all tools and equipment utilized in daily operations.
- Educate clients and potential clients on the importance of proper tree care and its benefits.
- Stay informed about best practices in tree care and the latest scientific advancements in arboriculture.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to the job.
- Effectively communicate with production teams regarding the scope of work and job planning.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the service process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- ISA Arborist Certification (or the ability to obtain one within a month of hire) is required; TRAQ Certification and a degree in arboriculture, forestry, or a related field are preferred.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in estimation and sales within a related industry is required.
- Familiarity with electrical hazards is essential.
- Knowledge of ANSI standards is expected.
