About the Role

As an Assets Protection Specialist at Target, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our guests. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing theft, investigating incidents, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including theft and trespassing
  • Investigate and document incidents, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and loss
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
