Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Ace Hardware. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Asset Protection Manager to identify and address potential concerns, such as shoplifters and inventory errors.
- Provide positive representation of the store and assist customers with problem-solving.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a friendly shopping experience.
- Utilize basic computer operations and Microsoft Excel for store operations.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- 1+ years of loss prevention/asset protection experience preferred.
- Strong visual presence and motivation to work.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations within Spokane County.
- Starting pay of $16.50 per hour.
