Compliance Program Manager

CRSI is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to contribute to its mission of creating communities where individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities experience equality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and the ability to develop and implement organizational strategies to ensure adherence to company, state, and federal regulations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our agency's compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate records, and communicating changes to relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze new and updated regulations, communicating changes to departments to ensure policies and practices are properly implemented.
  • Develop and maintain compliance procedures, minimizing risks by understanding current and proposed legislation.
  • Audit and maintain compliance records, participating in licensure reviews as needed, and providing documentation to validate compliance.
  • Audit training compliance, assessing research, and developing training curriculums to meet rules, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Work with all levels of the organization to create and implement professional development, meeting with staff and managers to ascertain training needs.
  • Manage Respiratory Fit Program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Education, Social Work, or Business Management preferred.
  • Related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in keeping up with changing federal, state, and local laws critical.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary.
  • Training experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio.
