Nurse Care Professional

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. This position involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- A comprehensive assessment of patient health problems and needs.
- Development and implementation of nursing care plans to meet individual patient requirements.
- Accurate maintenance of medical records to track patient progress.
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Continuous monitoring, recording, and reporting of symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise patient care plans.
- Patient education and emotional support provided to patients and their families.
- Ensuring all care delivered meets established standards of practice and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; experience in a specific specialty (e.g., emergency, critical care) is a plus.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively.
Salary and Benefits
