Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Consultant

Catalyst Group is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our EHSS team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing strategies to improve our clients' EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential EHS hazards and develop corrective action plans.
  • Develop and implement EHS training programs for employees and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business operations.
  • Manage EHS data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS, with a focus on compliance and training.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
