At Party Fowl, we're looking for a skilled Food Runner/Buser to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support servers and other staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Alert servers if tables are in need of attention, ensuring timely service.
  • Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Carry dish tubs to the dishwasher for cleaning and assist the dishwasher as needed.
  • Ensure clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials are available as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our high standards of customer service.
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we're open to training the right candidate.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays, is required.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs or more and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
