Cytotechnologist Opening at a State-of-the-Art Clinical Laboratory

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at a full-service clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory located in Maine. The laboratory provides comprehensive services to physicians, hospitals, laboratories, and clinics throughout New England and the United States.

This CAP and CLIA certified laboratory offers a permanent and full-time position with a flexible day shift schedule. As a Cytotechnologist, you will be responsible for screening both gynecological and non-gynecological specimens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ASCP Certification as a Cytotechnologist (CT)
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • SurePath and ThinPrep experience
  • Hospital-based experience
