**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CleanCare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with facility staff to prevent downtime.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with facility staff to anticipate and prevent potential problems or breakdowns
* Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned on an established schedule

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 100lbs
* Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and preventative maintenance
* Ability to work independently while following established timelines
