Job Summary:
Sanmina Corporation, a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider, is seeking a skilled SMT Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Fuji NXT, CP, and IP machines, as well as X-ray and MP3 machines.
- Perform offline setup and solder paste printing processes.
- Monitor machine placement and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve daily quality issues.
- Participate in OT and weekend work as required, in addition to a minimum 40-hour workweek.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as an SMT operator in manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of procedures and documentation.
- Ability to read and understand instructions for assembly.
- US citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $37,460 - $45,760 per year.
