Position Overview:

The Personal Banker role is structured within a model that does not permit remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and verify various financial transactions, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate STAR products and services.
  • Process payments for loans, credit cards, and other financial obligations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing and management of cash drawers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Initiate and manage new account setups.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, either personally or through referrals.
  • Provide account-related information and assist with additional services.
  • Stay informed about bank products, services, and procedures.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete required annual compliance training.
