Clinical Dialysis Operations Director

Fresenius Medical Care North America is a leading provider of dialysis services, and we are seeking an experienced Clinical Dialysis Operations Director to join our team.
About the RoleThis leadership position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dialysis environment. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, with experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU, as well as chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
The Clinical Dialysis Operations Director will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of licensed nurses and technical staff to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and inventory management systems.
- Scheduling and coordinating CQI meetings with physicians.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can demonstrate leadership competencies and skills necessary to provide quality care to all patients.
