We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at a hospital in North Carolina.

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a board-certified or eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to provide coverage at a hospital in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric hospital medicine and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient care to pediatric patients
  • Manage ventilator care, including non-invasive ventilation and intubation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in call coverage, responding to beeper calls within 30 minutes
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatric hospital medicine
  • Active North Carolina medical license
  • PALS certification
  • Experience with non-invasive ventilation and intubation
Work Environment

The hospital is equipped with MediTech EMR and has a team of 2 RNs to support the Pediatric Hospitalist. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
