We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthetic care to pediatric patients in our state-of-the-art Children's Hospital. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthetic care to pediatric patients in the operating room and other clinical settings
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in educational programs and activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) and have completed an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency program as well as a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship program. You must also be ABA certified or eligible and eligible for licensure in North Carolina.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an academic setting, teaching graduate-level learners, and working in a team environment.
