Job Summary

The Team Lead position is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. As a key member of the management team, you will assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Train and develop hourly associates to ensure they meet company standards and performance expectations.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Assist with sales-related activities to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving issues and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist with active review and monitoring of social media websites to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
Requirements
  • Prior hotel experience is required.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desired.
