Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide daily counter customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Pull and handle products as customers request, utilizing specialized computer software systems to create customer orders and maintain inventory control.
  • Order Expediting: Expedite all products on order to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain warehouse physical inventory and records, conducting cycle counts and bin locating as needed.
  • Stock Adjustments: Perform stock adjustments and maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and professional working relationship.
  • Training and Development: Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in general purchasing or equivalent work experience.
  • Attendance: Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products, PFW system, and 10-key typing.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Authorization: Must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
