Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Associate. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for maintaining the inside and outside of our facilities, as well as assisting various departments within the dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare new and used equipment for sale, ensuring it is in excellent condition and ready for customers.
  • Lot Maintenance: Arrange equipment to create a visually appealing show lot, and load/unload equipment for customers' delivery and pick-up.
  • Safe Operations: Demonstrate safe driving skills and experience operating equipment, ensuring the success of our dealership.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Assist the sales and service departments with tasks, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Equipment Movement: Move equipment between the dealership's display area, workshop, storage facility, and pick-up point, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Load/unload equipment for customers and drivers, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Dealership Errands: Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required, supporting our team's efforts.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking fluids levels, tire pressure, and ensuring proper operation of machinery.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and drug test.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Working knowledge of basic equipment maintenance advantageous.
  • Responsibility: Ability to assume responsibility for valuable property of customers and the dealership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Attention to Detail: Detailed-oriented and able to take accurate notes.
