Equipment Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Equipment Porter. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the inside and outside of our dealership, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our customers and employees.

• Equipment Preparation: Prepare new and used equipment for sale, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for display.
• Lot Maintenance: Arrange equipment to ensure a neat and appealing show lot, loading and unloading equipment for customers' delivery and pick-up.
• Driving and Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment, drive off-site to run dealership errands, and perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluids levels, tire pressure, and ensuring proper operation of machinery.
• Assisting Departments: Assist the sales and service departments with tasks, loading/unloading equipment for customers and drivers, and picking up and delivering equipment between dealers at multiple locations.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the cleanliness of all equipment on the lot, maintain interior and exterior cleanliness, and perform daily cleaning tasks.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Background Check: Pass drug and background tests.
• Equipment Knowledge: Working knowledge of basic equipment maintenance would be advantageous.
• Responsibility and Communication: Ability to assume responsibility for the valuable property of customers and the dealership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and perform a wide range of allocated tasks.
