Meat Associate Job Description

As a Meat Associate at Winn-Dixie, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous attention to customer needs and greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Offer product suggestions and provide information about our meat products.
  • Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate department equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
