5. Adjust daily schedules to meet weekly production targets effectively.
6. Identify and address quality concerns on the production lines, engaging Supervisors for any recurring issues.
7. Monitor team performance and attendance, alerting Supervisors to any potential problems.
8. Keep track of inventory levels to meet departmental needs, notifying Supervisors of any supply shortages.
9. Develop and implement training schedules for new hires, track their progress, and communicate updates to Supervisors.
10. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, verifying that all team members adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in safety incident investigations as required.
11. Engage in team meetings and task groups to foster continuous improvement in processes, methods, productivity, and quality.
12. Contribute to a respectful workplace culture that values individual differences and encourages team members to enhance their contributions towards achieving business goals.
