Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive legal research for active cases
- Draft preliminary versions of legal documents and memoranda
- Develop structured spreadsheets and presentations
- Compose formal correspondence
- Handle phone inquiries and manage communications
- Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Systematically organize and update case files
- Oversee and replenish office supplies as necessary
- Preferably holds an Associate degree or paralegal certification
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal assistant or secretarial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about legal processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
