As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while creating custom framing solutions that exceed our customers\u2019 expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
\t- Providing personalized service to customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations to meet their framing needs.
\t - Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
\t - Executing personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
\t - Completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
\t - Maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
\t - Delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop, and providing a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers to shop.
\t - Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
\t - Supporting shrink and safety programs.
\t - Interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promoting commitment to the organization\u2019s vision and values.
\t - Participating in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
\t - Operating cash registers and executing cash handling to standards.
\t - Acknowledging customers, helping locate products, and providing solutions.
\t - Assisting with Omni-channel processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Type of experience the job requires:
\t- Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
\t - Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
Preferred Type of experience the job requires:
\t- Retail experience.
\t - Experience selling products and/or services to customers.
Physical Requirements:
\t- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
\t - Ability to move throughout the store.
\t - Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
\t - Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment:
\t- Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate-controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
