We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities:- Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory and practice act requirements
- Screen, interview, hire, and manage employees at the assigned clinic, providing training, support, and development opportunities to meet/exceed goals
- Manage daily activities using key performance metrics to ensure optimal clinical care is delivered and operating results are achieved
- Assume responsibility for daily staffing and utilization, considering clinical requirements and recommendations from the interdisciplinary team and specialists
- Attend and contribute to resident care, staff conferences, and other related meetings
- Manage department budget with expense and revenue reporting
- Oversee clinical programming across disciplines
- Participate in case conferences
- Coordinate with care team members to provide high-quality services and care to all our patients
- Clinical degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of two (2) years outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Strong understanding of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation
- Ability to lead and manage clinic operations
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
