At Wayne Homes, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality homes to our customers. As a Field Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our homes are built to the highest standards, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple homesites simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Complete OSHA 10, first aid, and CPR training to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our processes.
