Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, steam, and electrical issues in residential properties.
- Maintain the appearance of residential properties, including cleaning, pressure washing, and other tasks as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, checking systems, and performing other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of residential properties.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- High school graduate or equivalent required; may be offset by experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience in residential, multi-family property maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.
