YOUR ROLE
This position entails welcoming guests, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a secure and inviting atmosphere.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Report any suspicious or unlawful activities to security or management.
Maintain professionalism in all communications with guests.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of venue operations and upcoming events.
Address and document guest concerns and complaints in person.
Collect lost items during events.
Monitor activities at entrances, exits, and other designated areas as requested by the Operations team.
Promote new initiatives within the venue.
Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations with a proven record of managing a professional, efficient, and service-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
A valid Fitness F-04 certificate for Temporary Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety personnel is required.
*If not currently held, this will need to be obtained upon hiring.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and remain stationary for extended periods, up to 12 hours during events.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Capable of fast-paced movement throughout the venue.
Must be able to lift, carry, or move at least 20 pounds.
COMPENSATION
$22 per hour, tips exempt.
