We are seeking a talented and motivated Event Planner to join our prestigious Country Club and Events Venue in Staten Island, NY. If you have 2-3 years of experience in event sales and execution and are looking for an exciting opportunity to manage high-end events, weddings, and corporate functions, we want to hear from you
Event Planner Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including weddings, social gatherings, corporate functions, and club events.
- Drive event sales by building strong relationships with potential clients, conducting venue tours, and closing contracts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Collaborate with the culinary, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site event supervision.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Event Planner Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning, sales, and execution, preferably in a hospitality, country club, or social events venue.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering successful events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and vendors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and event design.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
Event Planner Conpensation:
- Competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + commission on event sales.
