Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Paint Line Equipment: Manually load and unload painted parts from overhead conveyor system, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Quality Control: Perform daily testing of powder coating adhesion and cure testing to ensure high-quality products.
  • Process Setup: Identify and locate component parts and materials to set up the powder coating process, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Material Handling: Monitor the quality of powder coating application on products, and assist in maintaining wash system chemistry.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain Paint Line equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Age and Transportation: Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and stand, bend, stoop, and turn for 10 hours a day.
