Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Intentional Intervention, LLC. As a key member of our clinical department, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement skill acquisition programs with clients using ABA and VB analysis
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program books
  • Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Supervise clients during treatment sessions

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Completed 40-Hour RBT Course; BCBA supervision provided
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
