Collaborative Support Programs

Hiring a full-time Housing Specialist in the southern region. This role coordinates information and referrals for housing placements, develops relationships with landlords and government agencies.

This position requires 55% face-to-face interaction with residents and participating in an on-call rotation.

A bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline or equivalent is required. Experience working with individuals with mental health issues and real estate knowledge are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate housing placement information and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, and government agencies.
  • Provide technical assistance to support services teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.67 - $21.39 per hour, benefit eligibility including six weeks PTO, and eleven holidays.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office products, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual skills and CPRP certification are preferred.
