Job Summary

The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support to the Campus Dean for Student Affairs, performing a variety of tasks related to admissions, customer service, and day-to-day operations of the college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of admissions and student affairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of TCSG rules, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • An associate's degree in a related field
  • Three years of work-related experience
  • Banner, TargetX, and aXs experience
