Payroll Data Specialist

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and balancing bi-weekly payrolls for all store hourly associates. You will also develop cross-functional relationships with Store, Buying Office, and Distribution Center personnel that interact with Payroll.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and balance bi-weekly payrolls for all store hourly associates.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with Store, Buying Office, and Distribution Center personnel that interact with Payroll.
- Assist on special projects as assigned.
- Remain current on existing or new payroll guidelines, processes, or any legislation impacting payroll.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all associate payroll and personnel records.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and overall Microsoft suite.
