About the Role:

The Senior Construction Lawyer will play a critical role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors. This position will work closely with senior legal staff and operations management to ensure effective contract management and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and drafting construction contracts, including EPC agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, major equipment contracts, memoranda of understanding, and nondisclosure agreements.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and project managers on change management, risk, and protect rights and entitlements for relief.
  • Maintaining records necessary to ensure effective dispute resolution and other project matters.
  • Working on a variety of legal matters, including Civil Litigation, Labor & Employment, Public Company Governance, Securities & Exchange, Risk Management, and Personal Injury matters.

This position will be located at our Thornton, Colorado office and will offer a hybrid schedule with 2 days of work from home and 3 days in the office per week.

Competitive salary range: $90,000-$120,000 per year, paid weekly.

Two days per week remote work option for non-field roles depending on position and performance.
