Position Overview: This role is tailored for individuals with a background in finance, accounting, and data analytics. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing business operations, administration, and financial governance. Daily functions include: analyzing financial statements, forecasting financial trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing customer billing and accounts receivable, processing invoices, and handling customer and financial system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and utilize complex database and spreadsheet applications.
  • Analyze and interpret quantitative data from enterprise systems.
  • Execute general ledger entries and generate reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to assess revenue and expense streams.
  • Maintain high standards of quality performance and customer service.
  • Adapt to daily tasks and undertake additional responsibilities as required.


Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary Work - Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This role primarily involves sitting but may require brief periods of walking or standing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient analytical and project management abilities.
  • Timely project execution skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in business or accounting.
  • Familiarity with the utility sector.
  • Demonstrated competencies in analytical skills, leadership, and teamwork.
