Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans that support business growth and operational profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our division, ensuring sound financial management and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of our division.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the quality of care and patient satisfaction through oversight of policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  • Infrastructure and Technology: Oversee the physical and technological infrastructure, developing organizational structures, programs, and processes to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in successfully managing complex hospital and financial systems.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
