Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle, and providing exceptional sales and service experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships and create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins and outs
- Fantastic communication skills with customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
