We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with a background in maintaining luxury residential environments. As a recognized leader in the Residential Services sector, we operate numerous properties across New Jersey.

Work Schedule Options:

  • Option 1: Sunday to Wednesday, 1 PM - 9 PM
  • Option 2: Tuesday to Friday, 1 PM - 9 PM; Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Executing manual repairs as required.
  • Maintaining electrical systems.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks.
  • Completing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in lock repairs, window replacements, and cork window installations.
  • Experience in landscaping.
  • Knowledge of boiler systems and HVAC maintenance.
  • Basic skills in carpentry, roofing, and painting.
