Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring a clean, attractive, and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Participate in infection control and prevention initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cleaning or healthcare experience preferred; we are happy to train
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs floor to waist; lift 10 lbs waist to shoulder; lift and carry 30 lbs; and push/pull 40 lbs
  • Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing environmental services functions in long-term care facilities
