Position Summary: We are currently seeking a NEPA Senior Planner to spearhead environmental compliance initiatives for our Infrastructure team in Georgia. This role is pivotal in managing complex delivery contracts, including Design-Build and standard delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of task orders and contracts for infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and assist in the development of NEPA and Permitting documentation for projects under the Design-Build Procurement Process.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and budgets while maintaining client relationships and project plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Arcadis' quality and safety standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects for Departments of Transportation.
  • Proven track record in managing complex environmental projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in planning, policy, biological or physical sciences, or economics.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with familiarity with ProjectWise, Primavera, Prezi, and MS Access.
