Integrated Security Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Security Systems Manager to lead our security initiatives and ensure the highest quality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of integrated security systems, including video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine security requirements for each project.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential security risks and develop tailored security solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Ensure that all security systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of security systems.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery of services.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of security systems, making necessary adjustments or upgrades as needed.
  • Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with emergency services and internal teams to ensure a swift and effective response to any security incidents.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading integrated security systems projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of low voltage security systems, including video surveillance, intrusion detection, access controls, and fire alarm systems.
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to security systems.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating security projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management or electrical engineering, is preferred.
