Responsabilidades Principales
  • Recibir y comunicarse de manera cordial con los huéspedes, realizando el registro de entrada y salida de manera rápida y profesional. Asistir en la preinscripción y bloqueo de reservas cuando sea necesario.
  • Conocer de manera precisa y eficiente cómo y dónde registrar todos los cargos.
  • Tener un conocimiento completo del sistema informático o manual de la Recepción, incluyendo todas las transacciones diarias y aquellas que no se realizan con frecuencia.
  • Gestionar con precisión el manejo de efectivo, incluyendo la recepción de efectivo, cheques e información de tarjetas de crédito de los huéspedes para el pago de cargos del hotel y realizar cambios correctamente.
  • Revisar cualquier reserva con solicitudes especiales y trabajar para bloquear habitaciones de acuerdo a ello.
  • Tener conocimiento de las tarifas del hotel, descuentos y cómo manejarlos.
  • Tener un conocimiento operativo de las reservas y procedimientos, incluyendo cómo tomar reservas el mismo día. Debería ser capaz de tomar reservas en aproximadamente 2 minutos. Conocer y seguir los procedimientos de cancelación y reubicación cuando sea necesario.
