We are seeking a skilled Bicycle and E-Scooter Technician to assist in the upkeep and repair of our fleet of e-scooters, pedal bikes, and e-bikes.

This position is perfect for individuals with a mechanical background who are eager to expand their professional experience in the operations field.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the servicing of e-scooters, pedal bikes, and e-bikes
- Conduct a wide range of repairs, from simple adjustments to complex electronic component replacements
- Adhere to established procedures. Ensure compliance with, enhance, and uphold operational processes
- Implement safety protocols and techniques to perform tasks, ensuring that Ridepanda customers utilize the safest vehicles available
- Engage in problem-solving. Identify issues and devise innovative solutions to overcome challenges encountered

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic within the transportation sector
- Effective communicator with the ability to inspire a team and clearly document and convey issues
- Enthusiastic and proactive individual willing to engage in hands-on work
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adhere to strict maintenance protocols
- Open to learning and adapting to new tools and concepts
