Job Title: Associate Director, Employee Listening

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking an Associate Director, Employee Listening to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee listening strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee listening strategies to gather feedback and insights from employees
  • Analyze data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, and HR Service Center data
  • Develop and implement action plans to address employee concerns and improve the employee experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR business partners
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in employee listening, engagement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee listening strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
