About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Reimbursement Manager to join our team at Chiesi USA. As a key member of our Global Value & Access department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless reimbursement processes for our rare disease products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reimbursement strategies to minimize barriers for patients and providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare provider practices and facilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including field sales, sales leadership, and market access teams
  • Stay up-to-date with health policy changes and trends related to reimbursement issues
  • Develop and communicate reimbursement strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably in a similar reimbursement role
  • Experience working in a large geographic area (12 states or similar)
  • Experience in rare disease/specialty products
  • In-depth knowledge of current reimbursement trends, Buy and Bill, and Specialty Pharmacy/HUB services
  • Extensive travel requirements
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and strategic relationship building
