Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in service recovery.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while effectively delegating responsibilities.
- Proficient in computer usage with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs. and push/pull items up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
