- Develop and implement effective learning strategies in various clinical educational settings across the care continuum
- Provide guidance and support for students across multiple care transitions
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, agency personnel, and others
- MSN from an accredited institution required
- Ability to function with professional accountability in clinical settings across the care continuum and inter-professional care teams
- Ability to create a climate of conceptual learning for positive student outcomes
- Delivers state-of-the-art healthcare services to patients throughout the Delaware Valley and southern New Jersey
- Has 14 hospitals, including seven Magnet designated by the ANCC for nursing excellence
- Offers a broad range of primary and complex, highly specialized care that touches the lives of more than four million patients annually
